DEKALB COUNTY, Ga. – Police say three people were shot Thursday afternoon at a small shopping center in DeKalb County. 

It happened around 3:30 p.m. at a shopping plaza in the 4900 block of Snapfinger Woods Drive. 

One of the victims told investigators that a car approached them and someone inside the car started firing. 

Video from NewsChopper 2 showed the whole parking lot of the plaza roped off with crime scene tape and several police cruisers making a perimeter around the station. 

Investigators said the shooting was not random and believe the three were targeted.
